2Booking & Payments

• Booking Confirmation: All website booking inquiries are confirmed upon verification of date availability and receipt of payment or booking deposit.
• Pricing & Currency: All prices quoted on the website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) or equivalent USD, inclusive of applicable UAE VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Vouchers: Official e-vouchers or ticket confirmation barcodes will be issued via email prior to tour date.

3Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Tours & Transfers: Free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to start time. Cancellations within 24–48 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows or cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable.
• Theme Park & Attraction Tickets: Non-refundable once issued by attraction venues (e.g. Ferrari World, Warner Bros, Burj Khalifa).
• UAE Visa Applications: Visa processing fees are non-refundable once submitted to UAE Immigration authorities.

4Passports & Travel Documentation

Passengers are solely responsible for possessing a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining validity from travel date, as well as required UAE entry visas or permits. Flyfar Tours is not liable for entry refusals by border control or immigration authorities.

5Health, Safety & Liability

Certain adventurous activities (such as Desert Safari dune bashing, quad biking, and water sports) carry inherent risks. Pregnant women, infants, and individuals with back/neck conditions are advised against dune bashing. Flyfar Tours maintains licensed vehicles and comprehensive insurance in compliance with UAE transport laws.

6Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
